Brain integration is a term that describes when the areas of our brain communicate effectively with other brain areas and pathways in a balanced and effective manner creating optimal function. In a broader sense, brain integration is the brain and the body working in harmony and balance. A healthy brain readily adjusts to the stimuli and environment the body experiences in an integrated way. It will manage levels of neurotransmitters, hormones, and other biological chemicals so we look, feel, and perform our best.

Since each person’s health condition, stressors, and environment are different, the length of time to feel better various from person to person. Generally, we seek to help people experience noticeable differences within about 4-6 months. Results may take more than a year depending on how long the condition has been impacting a person, how sensitive a person is, and how closely one adheres to their program and makes the beneficial lifestyle changes.

Products may be purchased at the office at the time of your in-person visit or picked up in between visits as needed. For virtual clients, products will be ordered for you and sent to the address you provide. In certain cases where additional support is needed from companies outside my offerings, you will be provided with the information needed to readily purchase products on your own.

Office visits are generally 30-45 minutes.  This length allows us time to address your concerns, your wins, and keep you moving forward toward greater wellness.

Yes, there are packages for in-office response testing and for Mentor My Detox programs. Specific package options that are recommended for you will be shared at your Report of Findings.

You may check with your insurance company for reimbursement, but generally it is not covered. You typically can use FSA or HSA account funds.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Generally, Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts may be used for payment as well.

Virtual programs work much the same as in-office programs. We meet over Zoom or via phone. You may refer to the Mentor My Detox section for more information.

Yes. Absolutely, you can achieve the same great results from home as you can by coming into the office.
